Position Title: Operations Integration Manager (Business Process & Project Manager) Company: Mode Renovation Location: Corona, CA (On-site) Reports To: Ryan Keen, Owner / CEO Company Size: $35M+ annual revenue | ~120 team members About Mode Renovation Mode Renovation is a premier, fast-growing bath and shower renovation company generating over $35 million in revenue across Southern California. As we prepare to scale to $50M–$100M+, we are systematically eliminating operational bottlenecks, broken workflows, and "tribal knowledge." We are hiring an Operations Integration Manager to document our end-to-end business operations, build our central company wiki/knowledge hub, and project manage business improvement initiatives. The Role Most positions at Mode Renovation revolve around selling or installing bathrooms—this role is dedicated to how the business operates. You will sit in cross-departmental meetings, shadow team members, extract tribal knowledge, and map out every workflow from initial sales intake to final field installation. You will work in direct partnership with our Director of Information to ensure business processes and technology platforms (Salesforce, One Click Contractor, Sage Intacct) are perfectly aligned. You are not just writing manuals—you are identifying inefficiencies, managing project implementations, driving organizational change, and building our scalable training hub. Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Mapping & Knowledge Hub Eliminate Tribal Knowledge: Interview team members across sales, scheduling, procurement, install, and finance to extract, document, and standardize workflows. Build & Own Company Wiki: Select, launch, and manage our centralized digital knowledge hub/training portal (e.g., Notion, Trainual, Guru) so every role has a clear source of truth. Standardize SOPs: Replace outdated, fragmented manuals with clean, visual, and coherent Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Efficiency & Continuous Improvement Identify Inefficiencies: Analyze operational bottlenecks, redundant handoffs, and inconsistent execution across departments. Redesign Workflows: Redesign operational processes to reduce project cycle times, minimize installation errors, and improve customer satisfaction. Tech-Process Alignment: Partner closely with the Director of Information to design workflows around our enterprise tools (Salesforce, field software, financial systems). Project Management & Change Leadership Drive Implementation: Project manage the rollout of new processes, software tools, and operational changes. Prioritization: Maintain a strategic backlog of operational improvements, prioritizing projects by ROI and business impact. Change Management: Actively train staff, hold teams accountable to new standards, and drive cultural adoption of unified processes. Key Qualifications Experience: 4+ years in business process improvement, project management, or operations analysis (preferably in construction, field service, logistics, or high-velocity retail/service environments). Process Engineering Skills: Proficiency in workflow mapping software (Lucidchart, Miro, Visio) and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile). Project Management Expertise: Strong capability in project tracking tools (Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp) to manage cross-functional rollouts. Change Management Ability: Strong interpersonal skills to extract knowledge from busy team members without causing friction, driving accountability across departments. Tech-Savvy: Understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce), mobile field tools, and cloud documentation portals. Location: Based in or near Corona, CA with the ability to observe on-site office operations and field installation teams.
